Used in the drive systems of conveyors, feeders and vibrating screens, they work in flexion at the equipment's natural frequency — ensuring maximum amplitude and the highest material transfer rate. They are highly fatigue-resistant: they withstand tens of millions of cycles, with only 5% (or less) variation in the spring rate over their service life.
