What they are

High-performance composite springs

FlexPly® springs are composite springs in fiberglass (E-glass/epoxy) and carbon fiber. Used in the drive systems of conveyors, feeders and vibrating screens, they work in flexion at the equipment's natural frequency — ensuring maximum amplitude and the highest material transfer rate.

  • Extremely fatigue-resistant: they withstand tens of millions of cycles, with only 5% (or less) variation in the spring rate over their service life.
  • Direct replacement for CYPLY® 1002 springs, with industry-leading performance.
  • Two materials: fiberglass (E-glass) and carbon fiber, depending on the application.
